Maddison possible move to Arsenal

 It is in the public knowledge that Arsenal lacks an attacking midfielder the reason why it was seen in the last season's campaign  struggling with the likes of Elney and Granit Xhaka who  are not bad players but are more of defensive minded fellows. The search for an attacking midfielder is still on and its rumoured that James Maddison may land in Emirates this summer as Arsenal is closely linked with a £60m move with a 4 year contract  to the Leicester city player maker.

However Leicester city manager has not gotten an official approach, Arteta seems to be interested in the 24 year old attacker.


Despite Maddison having signed a contract with Leicester city recently, the club management can't turn down a good deal if it comes their way.This has evidently been seen in the recent past when they let go their best players like Marhez  and Ngolo Kante.

Incase Maddison makes it to Arsenal he can make a very great impact in the teams midfield since that's what Arsenal is lacking at the moment. 

However, on the other hand, a 24 year old if fond of injuries that takes too long to heal  which if the deal is sealed may cause Arsenal great harm. Maddison has also been accused of indiscipline cases like defying covid containment rules which may not be very healthy to the club like Arsenal that is hoping for the best at the end of the season since they are not in any European competition. 

Also the amount in question £60m,is too much for the player,the club can opt for player like the French Houssem Aouar from Lyon club who is equally an attacker just like Maddison but goes for a lower price with performance fairly equal to Maddison's......

Arsenal failure to unleash their potential against Brighton

  The North London club has since been seen struggling to sty on form since the departure of Arsen wenger. Following the disappointing start in the Premier league and despite the win against Tottenham, the English club failed yesterday to secure three points victory against Brighton. Arsenal was seen struggling to hold the Brighton side in the first half of the match which ended without a shit on target to the Gunners. From the match one could clearly see that Auba has since lost his aggressiveness that he used to have in the past…this was seen when he lost two clear chances to score for Arsenal.
